Technical Sales Engineer - France

Zumbach Electronic AG is looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Technical Sales Engineer to strengthen our presence in the French market.

For more than 65 years, Zumbach has been a global leader in high-precision measurement and control systems for the cable, plastics, and steel industries. To support our continued growth in France, we are looking for a sales professional who combines technical understanding with strong relationship-building skills.

Technical Sales Engineer - France

Your mission:

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships throughout France
• Act as the primary contact for customers, providing both commercial and technical support
• Identify market opportunities and strengthen Zumbach's position in key industries
• Work closely with our international sales and engineering teams
• Represent Zumbach at customer meetings, industry events, and international trade fairs
• Contribute directly to the growth of our business in France

What we are looking for:

• Technical background, preferably in electronics, automation, instrumentation, or industrial engineering
• Experience in technical B2B sales within industrial markets
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for building long-term customer relationships
• Ability to work independently and manage your own territory effectively
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout France (up to 80%)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent French and English (written and spoken) are essential
