We change that.

Kontur delivers reliable subsurface insight that helps infrastructure owners, engineers and contractors reduce risk, avoid surprises and prioritise investments with confidence. Our solutions enable safer construction sites, longer‑lasting roads and railways, better maintenance planning, and more sustainable use of resources.

In short: we turn hidden risk into actionable clarity.

We are now entering an exciting new phase. With growing international demand for smarter, data‑driven infrastructure management, we are scaling our commercial organisation and strengthening our market position. The opportunity ahead of us is significant, and so is our ambition.

This is a unique moment to join Kontur.

You will step into a company with proven impact, strong customer value, and global growth potential — where commercial execution, positioning and customer engagement are central to the next chapter.

At Kontur, we are pioneering in how we think, empowering in how we collaborate, and trustworthy in everything we deliver. We believe real value is created when insight leads to confident action.

If you are motivated by creating measurable value for customers, building strong market positions, and contributing to safer and more resilient infrastructure Kontur is where that journey continues.

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate market requirements into product improvements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on technical content for industry events, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Participate in pilot programs, R&D initiatives, and product validation studies.
  • Support the development of a European hub for equipment servicing, demonstrations, and training.
  • Assist in maintaining demo equipment and logistics.
  • Contribute to internal processes and documentation to support scalable operations across Europe.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geodesy, Surveying, Geomatics, Geophysics, Civil Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong technical aptitude and hands‑on experience with instrumentation, sensors, or electronics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to different audiences.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe.

Preferred Qualifications
