Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact between OEM R&D teams and internal engineering teams during new product development activities
- Support customers during specification, design, and equipment selection processes
- Provide technical expertise on HVAC comfort applications and system integration
- Deliver technical product demonstrations and support technical discussions throughout the sales cycle
- Provide remote and on-site technical support throughout the product lifecycle
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and field application activities as required
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation supporting field applications
- Visit and support key customer accounts across the region
- Stay informed on industry trends, HVAC regulations, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate internally with Technical Sales Engineers to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements
- Experience in HVAC comfort applications, technical sales, or application engineering
- Strong understanding of how HVAC systems are applied within customer environments
- Experience supporting OEMs, installers, contractors, or end users
- Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to provide remote technical support while also managing on-site customer engagement
- Fluent French language skills are essential
