We are now recruiting a Technical Sales Engineer to manage and grow the company’s presence across Northwest France.

About the Role
• Take ownership of an established account base, nurturing key relationships and identifying opportunities to expand product and service penetration.
• Drive new business development across the oil & gas, petrochemical, food & beverage, pulp & paper, chemical processing, and general industrial markets.
• Conduct technical needs assessments to understand customer challenges and propose engineered solutions that enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Provide on-site support, working closely with maintenance, reliability, and engineering teams to recommend the right sealing solutions and service programmes.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to customers and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, applications, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to shape regional sales strategies.
• Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
What We’re Looking For
• A mechanical engineering degree or strong equivalent technical background.
• A proven track record in technical or engineering sales, ideally within rotating equipment, mechanical components, sealing technology, or industrial solutions.
• The ability to translate complex technical information into clear, commercially compelling proposals.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the drive to engage customers at all levels—from maintenance teams on the shop floor to senior decision-makers.
• A self-motivated, proactive work ethic and the discipline to manage your territory effectively.
• A desire to build a long-term career within a global engineering organisation.
