Technical Skills
- French: Native or near‑native level, able to handle communication, document writing, and technical reporting with clients
- English: Fluent, capable of clear and accurate communication in an international environment
- Solid understanding of the telecommunications industry; experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred:
- Servers (SSP or enterprise computing platforms)
- Telecom energy products (e.g., power systems, backup solutions)
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions
- Experience in technical solution design, documentation, or communication is a plus
- Strong sales orientation and goal‑driven mindset, capable of proactively working toward project success
- High level of initiative; able to identify business opportunities and assist the sales team in converting them
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to remain professional under pressure and find solutions in complex situations
- Adaptable to multicultural work environments, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution
Job Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in client meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and RFI/RFP processes
- Design technical solutions based on customer requirements and prepare related documentation
- Work with technical and product teams to localize and implement solutions
- Actively identify customer needs and build strong technical communication channels
- Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor products, and contribute to solution optimization
