Technical Project Manager - Software Delivery & AI-Augmented Development (H/F)

Roles and Responsibilities on the Project

Application Project Delivery

• Understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and define pragmatic delivery plans.
• Shape the functional and technical architecture of the solutions to be delivered.
• Select technology stacks aligned with team standards, enterprise guidelines, and long-term maintainability goals.
• Set up and structure Azure cloud environments that will support future applications and services.

Technical Leadership & Delivery Excellence

• Drive consistency in architecture and technology choices across the application portfolio delivered by the Digital Apps teams.
• Contribute to the upskilling of both onshore and offshore technical teams.
• Embed strong engineering practices, including clean code, peer reviews, security‑by‑design, and operational discipline.
• Ensure that delivered applications comply with the Group’s cybersecurity, governance, and quality requirements.

AI‑Augmented Development

• Write detailed technical specifications and prompt‑ready inputs to support AI‑assisted code generation.
• Orchestrate code generation using AI tools such as Claude Sonnet, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor across backend, frontend, testing, and documentation activities.
• Review, validate, and refine AI‑generated outputs to ensure quality, security, and alignment with architecture standards.
• Define technical guardrails, including coding standards, prompt patterns, and automated validation workflows.
• Drive an iterative delivery loop from specification to generation, review, validation, and deployment.
• Design Azure cloud architectures leveraging services such as App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, API Management, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting mechanisms to support production operations.
• Ensure compliance with Saint‑Gobain standards, including Azure Landing Zone, security, and GDPR requirements.

Quality & Documentation

• Define a robust testing strategy covering unit, end‑to‑end, and regression testing, with strong support from AI‑based tooling.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for solution delivery, where legacy knowledge and prior vendor documentation are limited.
• Ensure traceability of architectural and technical decisions through clear documentation and decision records.
• Provide cybersecurity documentation.
• Document IA output review traceability.
• Build a knowledge base for AI to ensure long‑term maintainability of the solution.
