Technical Project Manager – PKI-DNS Coordinator

• Lead the operational management of the SSL certificate and domain name lifecycle
• Coordinate migration projects to a new CLM platform
• Oversee DNS requests and changes carried out through JIRA
• Serve as the liaison between technical teams, application administrators, and stakeholders
• Track projects, identify blockers, and contribute to their resolution
• Improve and structure existing processes
• Produce the procedures, dashboards, tracking materials, and presentations required to manage the activity
• Manage approximately 500 SSL certificates, including creation, deployment, renewal, and revocation
• Manage and validate DNS record changes
• Process and track approximately 50 JIRA requests per month
• Work as part of an assignment at Mobilize Financial Services

Requirements

• Proven to expert-level experience with PKI, SSL certificates, and DNS environments
• Strong knowledge of certificate lifecycle management
• Experience with CLM / Certificate Lifecycle Management projects
• Experience coordinating technical and cross-functional projects
• Experience with JIRA and project management tools
• Ability to manage high volumes of certificates, domains, tickets, and repositories
• Experience working with enterprise clients, ideally in a regulated environment
• Good written and spoken English, essential for participating in or leading international workshops
• Thoroughness, autonomy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to synthesize information
• Comfortable working with technical contacts and project stakeholders
• Independent contractor / freelance status
• Available to start ASAP
• Python: a significant plus
