Technical Project Manager - 6+ Months - France & UK

Our client, a leading international FMCG organisation, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the successful delivery of strategic engineering, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects in France and the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of CAPEX and infrastructure projects across manufacturing sites.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across engineering, operations, procurement, supply chain, and leadership teams.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of production, packaging, and canning line equipment.
• Drive infrastructure and facility upgrade projects within operational manufacturing environments.
• Manage engineering contractors, equipment suppliers, and external service providers.
• Ensure projects meet health & safety, quality, and operational requirements.
• Support automation, digital manufacturing, and MES-related implementations.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across multiple countries and sites.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage, chemicals, or other industrial environments.
• Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills.
• Experience delivering physical infrastructure, engineering, or operational improvement projects.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Engineering or technical background preferred.
