Technical Project Manager

How will you shape our tomorrow
As Technical Project Manager (TPM), you will drive execution excellence within the Platform team. This role is central to ensuring alignment, visibility, and delivery of platform initiatives across engineering and cross‑functional teams. The TPM will act as a delivery orchestrator, facilitator, and communication bridge, ensuring that ongoing activities progress efficiently, blockers are removed quickly, and stakeholders are continuously informed. This is a hands‑on coordination and facilitation role with strong exposure to Agile practices, engineering workflows, and organizational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Management & Execution Oversight
- Track and follow up on all ongoing Platform initiatives (projects, epics, operational streams)
- Ensure clear prioritization, timelines, and ownership
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
- Drive mitigation plans and elevate when needed
- Maintain a high level of execution discipline and predictability
2. Reporting & Visibility
- Provide structured and executive‑level reporting to the Cloud Platform Director
- Define and maintain KPIs, OKRs, and delivery dashboards
- Produce weekly / bi‑weekly status reports and platform performance insights
3. Cross‑Team Coordination
- Act as the primary coordination point between Platform and other teams (Architects, Feature teams, Security / Compliance, Infrastructure / Operations and other engineering domains)
- Ensure alignment on dependencies, delivery timelines and shared priorities
- Facilitate smooth collaboration and resolve cross‑team friction
4. Agile Facilitation & Team Animation
- Sprint planning
- Daily stand‑ups (as needed)
- Sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Ensure Agile practices are applied effectively and pragmatically
- Help teams improve velocity and predictability
- Maintain clear backlogs and priorities
- Act as a servant leader and facilitator, not a controller
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and processes
- Introduce best practices in program/project management and support maturity growth of the Platform organization
6. Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders
- Translate complex technical topics into clear and actionable communication
- Ensure transparency and trust at all levels of the organization

Required Skills & Experience
Core Competencies
- Strong project/program management experience in technical environments
- Solid understanding of platform engineering / cloud ecosystems
- Proven experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar)
Technical & Functional Skills
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability)
- Experience using tools such as Confluence / documentation tools, reporting / dashboarding tools
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
Profile
- 5+ years in Project / Program Management roles in tech environments
- Experience working with engineering and platform teams
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments
- Strong balance between structure and pragmatism
- Fluent in English and French
Work Mode & Location
- Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème) after the probation period
