Technical Project Leader

The Project Leader will drive engineering and digital transformation initiatives across global aerospace teams. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of engineering systems, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments to deliver high‑impact engineering outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering digital transformation programs , coordinating global, cross‑functional teams and ensuring alignment across multiple technical workstreams.
• Manage full‑lifecycle project execution , including planning, scheduling, risk management, and delivery of engineering transformation initiatives.
• Engage and influence stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, IT, and leadership functions, balancing differing viewpoints and driving consensus.
• Apply technical expertise in aerospace engineering tools such as 3DExperience, CATIA, CAE applications, and PLM solutions to support solution design, integration, and adoption.
• Bring structure and clarity to complex environments with competing priorities and evolving requirements.
• Demonstrate rapid learning capability , identifying knowledge gaps and implementing upskilling actions to accelerate team and personal learning curves.
• Prepare and present progress reports , dashboards, and executive summaries for senior management and steering committees, ensuring transparency and informed decision‑making.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience leading engineering or digital transformation projects, ideally within aerospace or other complex engineering industries.
• Strong understanding of engineering software ecosystems (3DExperience, CATIA, CAE, PLM).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and presentation skills.
