- Lead customer visits, discovery sessions, and workshops.
- Capture customer pain points, use cases, regulatory constraints, and business expectations.
- Identify and qualify business opportunities ahead of RFQs (pre-RFQ scouting).
- Serve as the Business Unit’s technical interface with customers.
Technical Requirements & Solution Definition
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, specifications, performance targets, and feasibility assessments.
- Assess cost, manufacturability, and industrialization constraints early.
- Challenge unclear or unrealistic customer requirements using data-driven arguments.
Tender Support & Sales Enablement
- Support Sales with technical proposal content, compliance matrices, risk assessments, and solution architectures.
- Define prototype, validation strategies and participate in tender clarifications
- Ensure solutions are feasible, competitive, and profitable.
Project Leadership & Product Development
- Lead product development and customization
- Drive design, verification, qualification, and industrialization.
- Ensure compliance with standards, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure smooth transition to mass production, optimized for cost, quality, and scalability.**Qualification**
- 5–10 years of experience in product development, project management, and business development, ideally within ID or RF card segments.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or similar field)
- Strong ability to translate customer needs into practical, manufacturable technical solutions.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional project execution and stakeholder management.
- Solid expertise in manufacturing processes, quality systems, risk management, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer and internal collaboration.
