Technical Program Manager
Your Mission
Stellantis is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Global Software Architecture department, responsible for designing the next‑generation ECUs that will support the deployment of the Stellantis Software Platform .
In this role, you will lead multiple teams through Agile Program Increments (PI) and ensure the on‑time delivery of architecture designs and requirements aligned with program milestones. This position requires strong leadership , a passion for technical topics , and proven program management expertise .
Responsibilities
- Lead PI Planning events for assigned teams.
- Secure a solid and realistic delivery plan aligned with program milestones .
- Collaborate with other TPMs to manage dependencies and align delivery commitments.
- Ensure all required inputs (documents, data, specifications, etc. ) are received on time and meet quality expectations.
- Identify risks , define recovery plans, and drive issues through to resolution.
- Work closely with technical leads to monitor execution throughout the PI cycle.
- Remove day‑to‑day impediments impacting team progress.
- Ensure delivery of all committed embedded software artefacts including design, requirements, code, tests, and release notes .
- Confirm that all deliverables meet the agreed Definition of Done .
- Maintain KPIs , dashboards, and reporting tools for delivery tracking.
- Ensure compliance with Agile fundamentals , including sprint planning, execution tracking, workload management, and capacity planning.
- Harmonize ways of working across teams.

Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering , Computer Science , or a related field.
Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software/system program management , ideally within the automotive or embedded systems industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies .
- Experience with ECU development or embedded software platforms is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency with project management and tracking tools such as RTC , Jira , Confluence , and Power BI .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English .
