SEALSQ (NASDAQ: LAES) ( is a fast-growing leader in post-quantum cryptography, secure semiconductors, PKI services, microcontroller personalization, and custom ASIC design. We push the boundaries of innovation at the intersection of quantum technologies, AI, and advanced semiconductor engineering.

In 2025, SEALSQ became one of the few French unicorns, exceeding a $1 billion valuation driven by sustained growth, strategic acquisitions, and a strong next-generation solutions portfolio. Much like our partnership with the BWT Alpine Formula 1 team, our international, dynamic, and committed team thrives in a fast-paced environment where innovation moves rapidly and every contribution matters.

If you are passionate about cutting-edge technologies and ready to take on stimulating, high-impact challenges in one of today's most strategic fields, SEALSQ is the place for you.

In this context, we are hiring a Technical Product Manager – TPM & Secure Element (M/F).

Reporting to the Product Management function, you will lead the market positioning, go-to-market execution, and commercial enablement of SEALSQ's portfolio of infrastructure security chips, including Trusted Platform Modules (TPM) and Secure Elements (SE).

This is an outward-facing role focused on defining winning products that meet evolving cybersecurity, regulatory, and platform integrity requirements across enterprise, data center, and industrial markets.

Your first mission will be to own the TPM go-to-market launch and establish SEALSQ's positioning as the first PQC-capable TPM vendor on the market. From there, you will build compelling narratives for enterprise, industrial, and partner audiences; equip the sales force with differentiated collateral; and represent SEALSQ at key industry events to help shape the next generation of products.

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of product development experience, with at least 3 years focused on hardware products in security, networking, or compute infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in TPM certification and application.
  • Deep understanding of embedded security technologies: TPM 2.0 (TCG spec), hardware root of trust, and cryptographic services.
