Technical Product Manager - Paris Office - Escape

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for offensive security tooling, aligning with market needs and company strategy.
• Translate security research, threat models, and customer feedback into clear, actionable user stories and specifications.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams using Agile practices to prioritize backlogs, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead cross‑functional experiments, A/B tests, and data analysis to validate feature impact and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and compliance to ensure product meets regulatory and operational requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in security, cloud, or related technical domains.
• Strong understanding of offensive security concepts, threat modeling, and vulnerability research.
• Proven ability to work with engineering teams using Python, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product discovery techniques.
