Technical Product Manager

Their API‑first platform provides fully automated validators, staking & DeFi protocols access, and comprehensive data and commission management.
With $13+ billion in crypto assets staked through their platform, they have established a strong presence on Ethereum, managing over 5% of the network through 45,000+ validators — all with zero slashing events. They serve more than 140 leading customers, including Binance, BitPanda, Bitgo, Fireblocks, VanEck, and TrustWallet.
They are opening a Technical Product Manager role (Paris, France - Hybrid).
Responsibilities
- Participate in the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to integration, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality standards.
- Define product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Communicate internally and externally about product requirements.
- Engage with customers (exchanges, wallets, asset managers…) to gather feedback, identify pain points, and facilitate product onboarding.
- Analyze product performance metrics, making data‑driven decisions to optimize and improve.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in the crypto industry, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and new feature developments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management (not as PO or project manager).
- Either a first professional experience in the crypto industry,
- Or a very strong personal interest in the sector that can be demonstrated during the interview process (used DeFi, ran validators...).
- Technical background (experience in backend with APIs) and ability to work well with engineering teams.
- Curiosity and motivation to dig into the details of how products work and explain complex technical concepts.
- Analytical mind and rigorous communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information and convey learnings in oral and written formats.
- Strong product acumen; you have opinions about great products and can put yourself in the shoes of both retail and B2B users in the staking space.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup/scaleup environment with first‑hand experience.
- Nice‑to‑have: French‑speaking.
