Position Overview

As a Technical Power Platform Architect, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust applications and workflows using Microsoft's Power Platform. Your expertise will guide teams in maximizing the use of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to enhance organizational efficiency and drive data‑informed decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design and implementation of applications within the Power Platform suite to align with business objectives and enhance user experience.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and facilitate solutions that meet diverse needs.
• Best Practices Implementation: Establish and promote best practices, governance policies, and standards for Power Platform development to ensure quality and scalability of solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and training to development teams on Power Platform capabilities, tools, and methodologies, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and deployment.
• Integration Solutions: Design and implement seamless integrations with other enterprise systems, leveraging APIs and custom connectors to maximize data flow and connectivity.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance and recommend improvements, leveraging data analytics for continuous enhancement of Power Platform solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical architecture, software development, or a related role, with specific expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Familiarity with Azure services and other Microsoft technologies is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem‑solving abilities with a strong focus on delivering effective solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
