Purpose of the role

You will be responsible for coordinating the technical service, to ensure the highest quality of network support for the activities.

  • Assist dealers with diagnostics, repair methods, and tool usage following manufacturer procedures.
  • Process dealer requests promptly and monitor resolution of critical issues, define the planning of diagnostic trips when required, for Tech Team & Flying doctors.
  • Carry out diagnostics and fault finding on all types of vehicles, provide support in investigating complex files.
  • Follow up sensitive files with the Customer Relations Manager and the Parts & Accessories Manager.
  • Conduct B2B technical support.
  • Ensure timely processing of all requests.

Training Development

  • Ensure the implementation of technical training by trade.
  • Administrate the Technical Training Center (workshop, planning and repairs management), and ensure all relevant equipment is functional and available.
  • Plan and deliver technical training courses for dealers and external technical advisors.
  • Be the main technical expert for topics related to technical training (technical presentations held by HQ, creation of content, trainer for the network for specific programs).

Technical Development

  • Analysis of network performance and implementation of corrective actions, implementation of standards, analysis and quality feedback for product improvement.
  • Monitoring key KPI for European HQ.
  • Provide quality feedback to HQ to drive continuous product improvement.

Team Management

  • Management of technical advisor & flying technicians.

Experience & Educational Background & Expertise

  • Over 5 years’ experience in technical support at a car manufacturer.
  • Solid knowledge of diagnostic tools and warranty rules.
  • B2TL and B2VL-BCL certifications are a plus.
  • Professional proficiency in French and English.
  • Driving licence.
