SECTR is partnered with a leading B2B Ingredients & Flavors manufacturer expanding their Technical Management team based in Paris. This role will lead a technical team on dynamic projects including Application, Product Innovation, Customer Collaboration and Long-term Innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong B2B Ingredients & Flavors innovation/R&D experience for Dairy & Sweet applications.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in B2B Ingredients & Flavors within Dairy & Sweet.
• Proven project & team leadership experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration ability with R&D, Commercial, Strategy, etc.
• Ability to collaborate technically with B2B Dairy & Sweet manufacturing customer.
