Technical Maintenance Manager

Your Contribution
The technical manager leads the team of project managers for existing and future projects (continuous improvement through operational excellence). It ensures the optimization of the production tools by promoting preventive action through the maintenance & tooling service, thus avoiding production breakdowns on the shopfloor and the risk of non-delivery to customers.
Location: Seboncourt, North of France
- Is a true Leader of his department (task management, etc.).
- Guarantees the monitoring of maintenance and project budgets (R&D costs and tool costs).
- Defines processes with a view to manage them. It monitors and optimizes its performance indicators by implementing the root causes analysis of the problems encountered and the irreversible actions’ plan to solve them.
- Is responsible for the proper application of 5S rules and HSE performance in his sector.
- Contributes, through its systematic attention, to the energy performance of the site (by turning off unnecessary lights, for example)
Maintenance
- Optimizes the duration of line shutdowns by following machines, production lines or/and tools’ breakdowns and favoring preventive and/or predictive interventions.
Industrialization and Operational Excellence
- Ensures, for new projects, “green” Internal and External Audits at the fist time with achieved required safety & environmental, quality, costs and delivery indicators.
- Optimizes required savings (PPI) but also those concerning the material and/or components used for manufacturing (IPCO technical), as part of the performance lift.
Work Relationship
- Dialoguewith all internal departments and external development services
- Reports on its activity to the Managing Director and ensures alert if needed
- Maintenance Master’s degree or Engineer high school (mechanics)
- Language: French and English
- Problem solving methods, project management, mechanics’ knowledge, budget management and IT tools necessary for his role
- Relationship and team sprit, synthesis and rigor’s sense are required
- Experience and/or knowledge of the automotive industry and plastic parts would be a plus
