Job Description

The Salesforce Technical Lead role combines architecture, performance, integrations (API REST/SOAP, MuleSoft), CI/CD and team leadership. This role is aimed at an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Salesforce Technical Lead (M/F), you hold a strategic, technical and managerial role.

• Design robust and scalable Salesforce architectures with business teams
• Optimise performance and ensure adherence to best practices
• Oversee integrations (API REST/SOAP, MuleSoft)
• Define and implement deployment strategies (CI/CD)
• Lead data migration and recovery
• Monitor the quality and timeliness of deliverables
• Mentor developers and foster skills development
• Identify risks, propose optimisations and ensure overall technical coherence

Qualifications

• You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school.
• Salesforce expertise: Apex, LWC, API integrations, deployments, data migration.
• Salesforce certifications: goal of 2 certifications per year.
• Mastery of SI architectures and integration tools.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide a team.
• Proactivity and ability to identify improvements and risks.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and taste for best practices.
