Technical Lead, PLM

Overview

Based on the chosen architecture, define the technical design solutions, taking into account client requirements and the constraints of the PLM solution (3DEXPERIENCE, Windchill, Teamcenter).

Set up development environments and the integration pipeline (Jenkins, SonarQube).

Monitor the implementation of specific features (application customization in Java, C++, Python).

Ensure delivery quality (code reviews, integration testing) and meet delivery deadlines.

Be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the team and act as the liaison with project management (project reporting, escalation of issues).

Contribute to responses to tenders (definition of the technical solution and estimation of development effort).

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience on PLM implementation projects.
• Ability to assess workload and remaining tasks to manage the team effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and rigor are essential to ensure a high level of quality in deliverables and to build a trusting relationship with the client.
• Good interpersonal skills to establish strong, lasting relationships with clients and your team.
• Fluent English.
• Involvement in commercial proposals for pre-sales activities or contract renewals.
