Role Overview

You will join the Distribution & Hotel Services team, responsible for designing and deploying technical solutions that enable hotels to optimise their revenue and enhance the customer experience. Working closely with the Technical Director of the Ecosystem & Connectivity Tribe, you will provide technical leadership and governance on a global scale for all Opera Cloud integrations, ensuring consistency, scalability and compliance with Oracle standards and the Accor Group’s architectural standards.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Senior Technical Lead for all Opera Cloud integrations.
  • Define and maintain global integration standards, guidelines, and best practices for Opera Cloud integrations (OXI, OHIP, OPI Cloud, OFIS, middleware, third‑party systems).
  • Provide technical leadership and decision‑making support to internal teams and projects.
  • Ensure alignment with Oracle Opera Cloud integration frameworks and Accor enterprise architecture principles.
  • Lead and supervise complex and strategic Opera Cloud integration projects, from design to deployment.
  • Review and validate integration architectures, technical designs, and solution proposals.
  • Coordinate with Oracle teams, internal product and technical teams, and external partners to ensure delivery quality and consistency.
  • Own and govern the global worldwide inventory of Opera Cloud integrations.
  • Ensure visibility on integration ownership, scope, criticality, dependencies, and lifecycle.
  • Support impact analysis, risk management, and reporting for incidents, changes, and migrations.
  • Act as the technical integration lead for the move to cloud migration program.
  • Ensure proper migration, adaptation, or decommissioning of existing integrations, including OPI Cloud and OFIS‑related flows.
  • Identify integration risks and dependencies and define mitigation plans with stakeholders.
  • Provide expert support to L3 teams and Major Incident analysis when integrations are involved.
  • Drive continuous improvement of integration processes, documentation, monitoring, and tooling.
  • Promote standardization, automation, and reuse across the integration landscape.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience in systems integration and technical architecture in roles such as technical director or technical manager.
  • Knowledge of systems designed for the hospitality sector and international IT environments.
  • Experience of the Oracle Opera Cloud ecosystem is a major asset.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in Opera Cloud integrations (OXI, OHIP, OPI Cloud, OFIS).
  • Excellent integration architecture and design skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence decisions across multiple teams.
  • French and English speaker.
