Enhance software quality as a Technical Lead for Testing at CAE. Develop strategies and lead teams in verification and validation for cutting‑edge products. In this vital position within the Magnetic Anomaly Detection (MAD) Engineering group, you will be responsible for leading the verification team to ensure software products meet stringent quality standards.

Your role requires you to devise testing strategies, mentor team members, and report on testing outcomes to management. You will collaborate extensively with different teams to drive software improvements and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine test strategies for core products
• Execute and report on testing for software deliveries
• Develop user manuals and test documentation
• Support team education on testing practices
• Ensure all software issues are captured in the QMS

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
• 5 years in software testing or V&V practices
• Experience within a regulated field
• Proven writing and documentation capabilities
• Bilingual—English and French needed
