About You
You have a proven track record of at least 10 years in technical management within an international context . While you don\'t need to be a niche specialist in every field, your experience gives you immediate credibility on Apave’s technical subjects.
Your Profile:
- Deep knowledge of the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry.
- Fluent English and French (essential).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and influence in a non-hierarchical (matrix) environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and inspire confidence.
- Ability to thrive in a highly technical corporate culture while driving its evolution.
