What are you going to do?

As Technical Development Manager for HALAMID®, you strengthen technical credibility and drive market adoption of this unique premium disinfectant. You develop robust application protocols, coordinate efficacy studies, support distributors technically, and generate scientific evidence that differentiates HALAMID® in aquaculture and livestock markets across Europe and internationally.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize HALAMID® applications aligned with market needs, evaluating technical feasibility and providing data-driven recommendations
• Define, validate and update product use protocols, dosage recommendations and performance parameters through laboratory testing and field trials
• Coordinate technical validation studies and manage third-party laboratories to generate efficacy data supporting market differentiation
• Provide high-level technical support to sales teams, distributors and key customers, ensuring successful product adoption
• Prepare and revise technical documentation including application guides, white papers, FAQ bulletins and training materials
• Monitor market trends, emerging pathogens and competing technologies globally, integrating insights into organizational knowledge
• Manage the HALAMID® efficacy studies database and support regulatory dossiers with technical sections and data sheets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory and Sales teams to align technical strategies with business objectives

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aquaculture Sciences, Agriculture, Biology or Biotechnology
• One to three years of successful hands-on experience in aquaculture field applications
• Strong ability to design, initiate and monitor long‑term test protocols and efficacy studies
• Proficiency in managing third‑party laboratories and external research partners
• Excellent written and spoken English, with additional languages considered advantageous
• Experience generating, interpreting and documenting technical efficacy data
