Mission

As a Technical Partner Customer Success Manager, you play a key role in acting as the liaison between partners (resellers or business providers), their end customers, and the Banqup ecosystem. You combine expertise in partner and customer success, business acumen, and technical skills to ensure successful integration, rapid adoption, and sustainable use of our digital solutions. Banqup develops and markets the jefacture.com solution in France on behalf of ECMA, the satellite association of the French Order of Chartered Accountants. This platform is a PDP-accredited (Partner Dematerialization Platform) invoice and payment management system. You understand both the commercial challenges of partners and the technical/organizational aspects of digital document flows, invoicing, and financial management.

Responsibilities

  • Partner & Customer Success
    • Act as an ambassador of the Banqup platforms and related Banqup solutions, supporting partners in their digital administrative and financial processes.
    • Guide and support accountants, resellers, and partners in onboarding and activating their SME clients on the platform.
    • Advise SMEs and partners on how Banqup adds value to their organization, both functionally and technically.
    • Build long-term relationships with partners by understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Technical & Process-Oriented Support
    • Support partners and customers in the setup and usage of digital document flows, including invoicing, payments, and administrative workflows.
    • Support partners in integrating their solutions with Banqup platforms leveraging API documentations and other internal technical teams.
    • Understand and explain concepts related to: Accounting and invoicing processes, order-to-cash and procure-to-pay flows, document management, archiving and workflow automation.
    • Translate partner requirements into clear use cases and coordinate internally with Product or Technical teams when needed.
    • Identify recurring issues or improvement opportunities and proactively suggest optimizations.
  • Coordination & Enablement
    • Support partners in defining and executing activation initiatives (mailings, newsletters, webinars, demos) in close collaboration with Sales & Business Development.
    • Provide administrative and operational support related to partner communications and customer activation campaigns.
    • Assist in coordinating small to mid-sized customer initiatives, keeping track of scope, priorities, and follow-up actions.
    • Clearly communicate progress, next steps, and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
  • A strong technical understanding of terms such as API, SFTP, Integrations, Postman/Insomnia, Swagger/OpenAPI, Webhooks.
  • An interest in developing a strong customer-oriented and commercial mindset.
  • An interest in, ideally experience in, e-invoicing/Fintech.
  • The ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration issues using logs and error messages.
  • The ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into clear, structured solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a very good knowledge of French and English.
  • A proactive, well-organized, and ownership-driven attitude.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to explain technical or complex topics in a clear and accessible way.
  • A team-player mindset, with flexibility in time and location.
