Frugalys builds financial management solutions to help nonprofits make every cent count. We simplify complex budgeting and cash management, helping organizations grow sustainably and maximize their impact. We have validated market demand and are now ready to build our MVP.

We're seeking a technical lead to partner with our CEO. You are a great fit if you:

• Are mission‑driven: You’re committed to creating a fairer, more equitable world and building a dedicated, small team to support social impact at scale.

What We Offer

We are in the early stages of building the company. Much to build but with promising foundations:

• We have a strong hypothesis on product‑market fit, backed by over 60 hours of customer interviews conducted in Spring 2026.
• You partner with me, a founder with 15 years of experience in international development. I have handled financial system transformations in multi-million and multi-billion organisations. I know enough about coding and data science to understand your work, but want to focus fully on marketing, sales and fundraising.
• We have a clear roadmap to break-even by year 4 under a bootstrapped and mid‑growth scenario, with significant upside.
• We have a growing community of excited beta‑testers and two large organisations committed to prototyping with us. (Now we need the product!)
• There are various ways to bring you in, as an equity holder immediately or later depending on where you are at in your financial life. We plan to pay full salaries by early 2027, but would require significant time investment from you as of September 2026.
