Technical Business Analyst (RPA & Business process)

We are seeking a bilingual Technical Business Analyst to serve as the vital bridge between client business teams and our offshore technical delivery team. You will lead process discovery, coordinate UAT execution, manage operational dependencies, and ensure seamless communication across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements & Process Mapping: Lead requirement-gathering workshops with client business users, documenting current-state processes and defining future-state automation workflows (PDDs/SDDs) for RPA implementations.
• Offshore Team Liaison: Act as the primary communication link between client stakeholders and the offshore development team, translating business needs into technical specifications in both English and French.
• UAT Coordination: Plan, facilitate, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Define acceptance criteria, assist business users during test execution, log defects, and drive resolution with the technical team.
• Test Data Coordination: Identify, request, and validate test data requirements across systems to ensure offshore teams have realistic data for development and testing cycles.
• Tool & System Access Management: Coordinate end-to-end system, tool, network, and VDI access provisioning for offshore team members, eliminating technical blockers and environment delays.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage client expectations, deliver clear status updates, and translate complex technical architecture into business-friendly language.

Required Qualifications

• Language Skills: Professional fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is required.
• Domain Experience: 3–5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst with direct exposure to Business Process Management (BPM) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Delivery Model: Proven experience operating within onshore/offshore delivery models and navigating multi-cultural team dynamics.
• Testing & Technical Acumen: Hands-on experience managing UAT phases, writing test scenarios, and navigating enterprise IT access protocols.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical, process mapping, dispute resolution, and cross-functional communication skills.
