We're supporting a major digital transformation project for a global energy leader focused on replacing and modernizing a high-traffic recruitment platform serving 250,000+ monthly visitors.
As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of iCIMS, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, HR teams, IT, and the implementation partner. You'll assess solution fit, challenge gaps, and help shape a best-in-class digital experience aligned with modern web and CMS standards.
What You'll Be Doing
Participate in solution design and build workshops
Review existing business requirements and validate solution alignment
Identify functional and technical gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Drive stakeholder discussions and influence key implementation decisions
Produce clear documentation, recommendations, and process mappings
Support testing, launch activities, and post-go-live optimization
Quickly develop expertise in the platform and advise on best practices
What We're Looking For
Strong experience as a Business Analyst on digital or web transformation projects
Deep understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) and modern digital platforms
Strong knowledge of front-end xuezdbg technologies, digital user journeys, and web standards
Experience working within complex enterprise environments
Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills
Ability to challenge requirements and provide practical, business-driven solutions
Nice to Have
Experience with ATS, Talent Acquisition, HR Tech, or Recruitment Platforms
Exposure to iCIMS or similar enterprise SaaS solutions
Experience with large-scale website migrations or digital transformation programs
