Technical Analyst I, Hybrid IT & Service Delivery

Cox Automotive is seeking a Technical Analyst I to serve as the single point of contact for technology at Revenue Generating Locations. You will collaborate with project teams and business owners to design, develop, test, and release technology solutions, ensuring service delivery and system integrity.

You will manage fixed infrastructure inter-connectivity, participate in projects, and escalate issues as needed while supporting a client base of 200–1000 team members.
