About the Role

Are you an IT professional who enjoys solving technical problems and helping people get the most out of their technology?

We’re looking for a Technical Analyst to join an exciting new entertainment destination in Paris.You’ll provide hands‑on IT support across the business, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring employees have the technology they need to work effectively.

This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious project and contribute to building its IT operations from the ground up.

The Role

• Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, software and mobile devices.
• Respond to IT support requests via tickets, email, phone and in‑person assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and operating system issues.
• Install, configure, test and maintain end‑user devices and peripherals.
• Administer and support Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
• Document incidents, repairs, installations and equipment changes within the IT service management system.
• Monitor system performance and maintain accurate IT equipment inventories.
• Support Windows deployment, configuration management and software testing.
• Conduct software licence audits and assist with equipment refresh projects.
• Coordinate with third‑party IT support providers and hardware and software vendors.
• Provide basic networking, telecommunications and audiovisual support.
• Help employees understand IT systems and resolve common technical issues.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in an IT support or technical analyst role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop and laptop deployment, and Windows administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, configuration management and mobile device management.
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN networks and audiovisual technology.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
• Organised, proactive and results‑driven.
• Microsoft, CompTIA or other relevant IT certifications are advantageous.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or another IT help desk ticketing system is beneficial.
