Job Description

• 7+ years of working experience as a Technical Analyst
• Experience/Knowledge of Java-based Web API/Web Services and Kafka
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Has experience creating high-level and low-level designs, flowcharts, and sequence diagrams.
• Understanding of Telecom Billing Systems (e.g. CSG, ICOMS)
• Able to propose solutions and help architect the flow of services

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers.
• Participate in JAD sessions and provide solutions as needed.
• Document technical inputs and requirements.
• Create both high-level and low-level design diagrams and flowcharts.

Compensation

$100K – $110K and $7K – $7.7K Bonus
