Sekoia is seeking a Technical Account Manager – Self-Hosted to join the Customer Success team. Trained on our Self-Hosted platform, you’ll be the trusted technical liaison throughout on‑premise deployments, including air‑gapped and highly regulated environments.
You’ll lead deployment workshops, validate infrastructure sizing, manage upgrades and renewal conversations, and coordinate with Customer Success and Sales to maximize value and drive renewals.
