About the role

Join the Trainline Partner Solutions team to manage strategic B2B relationships and drive the adoption of our rail distribution technology. You will act as the primary technical contact for our partners, ensuring their integration success and operational stability while advocating for their needs within our product organization.

• Location: Paris
• Engagement: Full-time, Hybrid (minimum 60% in-office over a 12-week period)
• Compensation: €60,000 - €80,000
• Team: Trainline Partner Solutions (TPS)

What you’ll do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic customers, guiding them through onboarding and long-term technical success.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes to maintain high service standards.
• Provide technical guidance on API integrations and white-label solutions to ensure partners meet industry and carrier regulations.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to translate partner feedback into actionable roadmap improvements.
• Monitor performance metrics and service level agreement compliance, reporting results to stakeholders.
• Maintain project roadmaps and conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for service expansion.

Requirements

• Fluency in English plus one additional language (French, Spanish, or Italian).
• Experience working within Agile development and support environments.
• AGILE PM Foundation certification or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build professional trust.
