Technical Account Manager

Contentsquare’s Technical Account Manager (TAM) role in France focuses on providing white‑glove support for marquee customers in the EMEA Region and involves working with senior stakeholders, managing complex projects, and driving product adoption.
What You Will Be Doing
- Working directly with marquee accounts to ensure their ongoing success
- Hosting recurring meetings for your customers
- Acting as an internal champion for your customers across all Contentsquare teams
- Handling standard escalation management for your accounts
- Acting as a product adoption expert, including running light product education sessions
- Ensuring customers follow Contentsquare best practices
- Scoping new Contentsquare projects for customers
- Performing project management for large Contentsquare projects
- Assisting with product administration and maintenance
- Providing platform configuration assistance
- Triaging critical issues with the Customer Support team
- Creating and maintaining a customer account plan with key configuration and usage details
- Creating and distributing regular reports to customers
What You Will Need To Succeed
- 5+ years’ experience providing customer‑facing support to enterprise accounts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written abilities and organizational skills
- Experience working with a range of customers, from individual contributors to C‑level executives
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced startup SaaS environment
- Strong desire to teach new customers about the platform
- Experience in a web‑based SaaS company (plus)
- Experience with JIRA, Zendesk, and Salesforce (plus)
