Technical Account Manager (TAM) – MovieChainer
We're hiring a Technical Account Manager to drive client success on MovieChainer 3 and make sure our platform delivers real, measurable value in their day‑to‑day operations.

MovieChainer is the contract management SaaS built for the film and audiovisual industry — producers, distributors, and international sales agents.

We recently launched MovieChainer 3 — a major new release that marks an exciting growth phase for the company, with strong momentum around client adoption and deployment.
What you’ll do
1. Onboarding & Data Migration
- Analyze client data (Excel, legacy tools, etc.)
- Define mapping rules to MovieChainer's data model
- Lead or supervise data normalization
- Manage imports and validate data quality
- Train users and guide them through adoption
- Structure platform usage around each client's business needs
2. Client Success & Account Management
- Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients
- Support daily platform usage
- Answer questions and unblock issues
- Ensure satisfaction and value realization
3. Cross-functional Coordination
- Bridge clients with product and engineering teams
- Surface use cases and feature requests
- Contribute to continuous product improvement
4. Process & Documentation
- Help shape and improve internal processes
- Build and maintain templates (imports, workflows, etc.)
- Contribute to our Help Center
Who we’re looking for
Experience
- 2–4 years in a role such as Customer Success Manager (technical), Technical Account Manager, or Implementation / Onboarding Manager
- B2B SaaS background strongly preferred
- Genuine interest in film and audiovisual — or eagerness to dive into the industry quickly
Skills
- Comfortable working with data (Excel, CSV, etc.)
- Strong ability to grasp data structures and business logic
- Curious about modern tech tools (Cursor, Lovable, etc.)
- At ease in product-driven environments
- No need to be a developer or data analyst
Languages
- French: fluent / native
- English: professional fluency
Education
- Master's degree (business school, engineering, or equivalent) — or equivalent experience
- Comfortable navigating business, product, and data
