Become a Pioneer – Launch a Funded Tech Startup

At Pioneers, we back ambitious builders before the company even exists. We bring together top-tier technical talent and sharp business minds for an intense 3-month sprint in Paris — and for the best teams, we open the doors to Silicon Valley.

What is Pioneers

Pioneers is a pre-seed venture program designed for founders at day zero. We invest €100k for 7% in the top-performing teams and provide the resources, network, and guidance to move from concept to company.

What to Expect

Over 3 months in Paris, you’ll:

• Team up with exceptional business and technical co-founders
• Identify a high-value problem worth solving
• Build, test, and launch your MVP with real users
• Pitch to 100+ investors on Demo Day

Top teams receive funding, join our acceleration program, and gain access to our optional two-month Silicon Valley track — where you’ll scale your company alongside world-class founders, meet top-tier VCs, and access a global market from day one.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a technical founder (CTO/CPO) who lives to build. Someone who can take an idea from zero to one, design and ship fast, and iterate with users.

You may have:

• Strong software engineering or product design background
• Experience shipping products (side projects, open-source, scale-up experience, or your own startup)
• Ability to move quickly, test assumptions, and work closely with a business partner

But above all, we care about mindset:

Builder’s obsession – You thrive in creating products from scratch, fast.

Creative problem-solving – You cut complexity and make things work under pressure.

Start: January 2026

Duration: 3 months

Location: Paris (on-site required)
