Role

Tech Lead focused on accelerating the delivery of business applications through vibecoding and generative AI tools. The role requires designing and delivering iterative applications using agentic development environments and ensuring quality through structured practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications in rapid iterations using agentic environments (e.g., OpenCode, Claude Code).
• Translate business requirements into actionable instructions for AI and perform prompt engineering to guide generated code.
• Ensure code quality via structured practices (BMAD, SpecKIT), automated tests, and CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to align deliveries with needs and value.
• Review and analyze vibecoding practices, identify limitations, and propose improvements to AI-assisted development processes.
• Document source code with automated tests.
• Technical documentation.
• Feedback and retrospective reports on AI-assisted development practices.

Requirements

• Mandatory: experience with agentic development tools such as OpenCode and Claude Code.
• Strong expertise in backend or frontend development (fullstack technical culture expected).
• Familiarity with BMAD and SpecKIT practices.
• Experience in AI-assisted development and prompt engineering.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD.

Candidate Profile

• Tech Lead / Senior engineer with strong fullstack background, pragmatic and value-oriented, able to scope and rapidly produce secure AI-generated developments.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
