Responsibilities
- Coaching, training, and skill management for technical teams (junior, mid‑level and senior developers).
- Ensuring technical coherence of developments within the team and across squads.
- Selecting technologies that guarantee security, scalability, ROI, ecosystem coherence and a superior user experience.
- Maintaining operational readiness (MCO) to ensure application reliability, including monitoring with Datadog.
- Preventing technical debt through refactoring and backlog maintenance.
- Overseeing application testing (unit and functional tests) and driving quality awareness (performance, security, stability, maintainability).
- Analyzing failures and contributing to continuous improvement of solutions.
- Conducting technology research and R&D to leverage innovative solutions (POCs, architecture, internal workshops, REX, conferences) in collaboration with the Lead Dev Committee.
- Reporting progress to the Development Manager.
- Participating in the recruitment of technical staff.
Qualifications
- Baccalaureate level 3–5 (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
- Minimum of 8 years of significant experience in .NET web development and/or prior experience as a tech lead, lead developer, technical manager, or architect.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker.
- Proximity to the team, based on pedagogical skills and leadership to provide a technical framework and continuous progression.
- Curiosity, open‑mind, proactivity and collaboration.
