YOUR MISSIONS

As a .NET & AI Tech Lead (M/F), you play a central role in the design and optimisation of modern, scalable, resilient and service-oriented software architectures. You work in an agile and collaborative environment, on varied projects involving .NET, AI and Azure. Design & development: Analyse technical and functional requirements, audit the existing environment Design and develop scalable and high-performance software architectures in .NET Integrate and leverage generative AI and machine learning services (Azure AI, OpenAI, ML.NET) Leadership & mentoring: Facilitate technical workshops, share best practices and mentor teams Ensure developer upskilling through mentoring and code reviews Define and promote development and architecture standards Quality, performance & deployment: Implement and ensure DevOps and CI/CD best practices Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality and security, leveraging GitHub Copilot Maintain a technology watch and propose relevant innovations
