Tech Lead, Leadflow Platform - Flexible Hours & Growth

TreeHouse is seeking a Tech Lead for our Leadflow product, designed to help real estate agents optimize their candidate processes from lead generation to rental completion. This role blends leadership with hands-on involvement and serves as the technical compass for the team.

You will mentor developers, collaborate with the Engineering Manager, and help shape the technical vision while participating in architectural decisions to improve the platform.
