• Help define the company's technology strategy and ensure its operational implementation
• Develop and enhance IT solutions and their architecture in collaboration with the product, data, and infrastructure teams
• Manage a team of developers (recruitment, mentoring, organization), support their professional development, and ensure the quality of deliverables
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the platforms
• Conduct technology monitoring to anticipate trends, particularly in the areas of AI and data

Your PROFILE

• Up to 10 years of experience in software development, ideally with a focus on AI and data science to broaden your horizons
• Have you ever managed a technical team or served in a leadership role (Lead Dev, Senior +)?
• You thrive in an agile environment, are able to make technical decisions, and guide architectural choices
• Are you passionate about technological innovation, creating high-impact products, and AI?

Your SKILLS

• Excellent proficiency in Python and modern frameworks (React)
• Extensive knowledge of distributed architectures, cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and DevOps principles
• Ability to make technical decisions, develop a roadmap, and ensure rigorous project management
