Tech Lead DevOps

• Act as the cross-functional technical reference (Tech Lead) across the entire scope
• Define and evolve DevOps and Cloud standards (CI/CD, IaC, security, observability)
• Own and validate major technical architecture decisions
• Challenge proposed solutions and arbitrate critical technical decisions
• Support teams in skill development and adoption of best practices
• Lead Cloud & DevOps technical projects: containerization, automation, migration and modernization
• Coordinate work across infrastructure, development, security, production teams and partners
• Ensure delivery commitments for timelines, quality and risk
• Anticipate and manage critical dependencies and blocking points
• Analyze technical impacts, risks and operational constraints
• Design and validate Cloud & DevOps architectures
• Ensure industrialization of solutions: Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Enforce security, production and architecture standards
• Prepare and contribute to architecture and engagement documentation
• Drive change processes and CAB reviews
• Coordinate critical production releases, including out-of-hours (HNO)
• Oversee post-production follow-up and reliability improvement plans

• Maintain a consolidated multi-project view
• Contribute to portfolio management and prioritization

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Infrastructure or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in highly industrialized, critical environments
• Strong technical background in Cloud & DevOps
• Proven experience managing complex projects
• Prior experience as a Tech Lead or cross-functional technical reference is recommended
• Advanced expertise with a public cloud: AWS, Azure or GCP
• Proficient with CI/CD tools: GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins or similar technologies
• Automation and scripting skills
• Proficient in containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
• Experienced with observability: logs, metrics and traces
• Strong production mindset and high-availability focus
• Skills in managing complex technical projects
• Experience handling high risks and critical dependencies
• Multi-stakeholder planning and cross-functional coordination abilities
