Tech Lead / Architect

Mission Carry the technical and architectural vision of the platform, guide the development team, and ensure product consistency, scalability, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Define the software architecture (microservices, hexagonal, event-driven).
• Lead technology choices (Java, React, Keycloak, Kafka, Kubernetes).
• Design integrations with client IT systems (API, RPA, iPaaS).
• Oversee performance, security, and scalability.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in development and architecture.
• Expertise in Java/Spring Boot and React/TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, application security, APIs.
• Broad vision and ability to explain complex topics to teams and clients.
• Startup or SaaS experience is a plus.
