Tech Lead, AI

• Serve as the technical reference for project and IT teams.
• Participate in all phases of the AI project lifecycle.
• Define and promote technical standards and AI best practices.
• Provide AI technical expertise and challenge architectural decisions.
• Select and oversee the use of LLMs (large language models).
• Ensure the scalability, robustness and interoperability of models.
• Contribute to defining key environmental performance indicators.
• Maintain continuous monitoring of advances in AI.
• Support cross‑functional teams in adopting AI development best practices.
• Propose and supervise the implementation of technical improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an AI Tech Lead / Lead Data / Senior ML Engineer
• Strong knowledge of AI project processes (ideation, experimentation/prototyping, productionization)
• Good knowledge of compliance standards (AI ethics, the AI Act, GDPR)
• Significant experience designing and implementing AI architectures in production
• Proven expertise with generative AI models
• In‑depth knowledge of GPU infrastructures
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python and Java
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
