Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership
• Coach and support developers in their daily activities.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices (Clean Code, testing, software quality).
• Participate in architectural decisions and technical direction.
• Promote skills development across the team.
• Conduct code reviews and validate deliverables.
• Design robust, high-performance, and scalable solutions.
• Contribute to the development of the most complex features.
• Drive continuous improvement of code quality and applications.
• Ensure maintainability and long-term viability of developed solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Project, and Infrastructure teams.
• Take part in Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).
• Monitor compliance with commitments and delivery timelines.
• Support teams in applying Agile methodologies.
• Identify and implement technical optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to the modernization of the information system.
• Help evolve DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud practices.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Bac+5) or relevant experience.
• Significant experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Strong skills in application design and architecture.
• Proficiency in the .NET environment and modern architectures.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to take a step back on technical issues and guide teams in their decisions.
• Experience in the retail or large-scale distribution sector.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale, logistics, or store management systems.
• Experience with high-volume, high-availability applications.
• Knowledge of Cloud and distributed architectures.
