Tech Data Engineering Specialist - F/M

Job Summary

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Tech Data Engineering Specialist (f/m) to join the Customer Services Department based in Toulouse, France.

About the Department

The French Technical Data Airframe department provides a wide view on Aircraft Structure. It interfaces directly with the Design Office that manages airframe design and evolution, documents their impact in the manuals, supports customers who operate and maintain aircrafts, and contributes to aircraft deliveries by furnishing the Tech Data on time and on quality.

Responsibilities

• Secure delivery of documentation content (creation and updates) in accordance with specifications, contractual commitments, approved schedules, quality standards, safety rules and within budget objectives.
• Do internal preparation and authoring of technical manuals.
• Ensure team support on internal authoring activities (update/creation of AMM/TSM/CMM tasks).
• Analyze and collect Design Office source data to define the impact on AMM, TSM and CMMm data delivered to the airlines (Service Bulletin, Modification Proposal, Concession...).
• Launch the activities to the subcontractors in charge of the Technical Data authoring.
• Steer and support the subcontracted activities and check the quality of the deliveries.
• Ensure customer efficient support by answering customer queries relative to your field of activities (Airlines, Maintenance Centre, Delivery Centre...) and implementation of documentation changes if necessary.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of technical background in Aeronautics.
• Ability to follow-up activities.
• Customer minded.
• Good team player and good organizational skills.
• Dynamic, Proactive and Positive mindset.
• Advanced English (C1 level).

Preferred Skills

• Aircraft Configuration Management concept.
• Experience with SAP tool.
• Airframe knowledge.
