Tech Data Delivery Ecosystem Leader - H/F

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Tech Data Delivery Ecosystem Leader (f/m) to join our Customer Services Department within the “Tech Data Organisations” based in Toulouse, France.

Role Overview

The Tech Data Delivery Ecosystem Leader acts as the central nervous system for teams responsible for delivering Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) and Flight Operations (F.OPS) products. The role is the main point of contact for all internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and managing external partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management & Communication – Act as single point of contact for technical data representatives, programme managers, authoring domains and internal key stakeholders, simplifying complex technical updates and facilitating synchronisations.
• Project Integration & Impact Analysis – Monitor the roadmap of external projects, identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks, coordinate change implementation and minimize disruption.
• Subcontractor & Vendor Relations – Manage end‑to‑end relationship with third‑party vendors and subcontractors, monitor delivery quality, timelines, contractual obligations and act as escalation point.
• Operational Coordination – Streamline information flow between teams, organise cross‑functional workshops and steering committees with internal and external partners.
• Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Ownership – Lead the creation and maintenance of a BCP, ensure operational team is trained, plan is regularly tested and exercises are conducted.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Tech Data ecosystem.
• Experience in project management, operations or account management in a technical environment.
• Awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to integrity.
• Professional experience at the G13 level (France) or equivalent.
