Position: Tech Data Configuration & Finalization Engineer

Engineer within the Engineering Directorate in Martin's team of 8 people.

Responsibilities

• Trigger Tech Data authoring by assessing weekly the maturity and relevance of technical criteria.
• Lead the final assembly of ATR Line Maintenance data, preparing, launching and monitoring the finalization of the data modules to deliver correct documentation to customers.
• Manage edition of ATRnavX‑derived products (RDx data) and support the development of new service offers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure their Tech Data inputs (CMMv/CMP) comply with ATR format and content requirements.
• Participate in tool updates, development and testing; evaluate the transfer of maintenance documents to S1000D and update related processes.
• Ensure timely publication of all Tech Data products on relevant portals and manage their archiving.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent; 10+ years experience in the aerospace industry, engineering and support.
• Deep knowledge of Tech Data production and usage, especially Line Maintenance manuals.
• Strong understanding of the S1000D format.
• Working knowledge of the Airbus SAP Tech Data production environment.
• Proficient in developing and maintaining Excel VBA macros; IT aptitude.
• Proactive, autonomous, with strong negotiation, pedagogy and customer‑orientation skills.
• Fluency in English and French; Italian a plus.
• IT skills: Office suite, GILDA/GIDOCA, SAP.
