Teamlead
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team in Clairvaux Kenya. The ideal candidate will have excellent English speaking skills and experience in leadership and management. As a Team Lead you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees and ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask and a proactive mindset. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a team of employees
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback
- Train new team members on company policies and procedures
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss goals, progress and any issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle any escalated customer complaints or issues
- Keep track of employee attendance and performance records
Requirements
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem‑solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Salary
$1600 per month
